A 15-year-old Boy Shot Multiple Times and Killed by a Gunman

BROOKLYN, NEW YORK — A 15-year-old-boy was shot and killed and the police are looking for two possible suspects. According to DCPI, on February 22, 2019, at 5:44 p.m., the 70th precinct “responded to a report of a person assaulted inside of 1395 Flatbush Avenue.”

After arriving at the scene, the police found Samuel Joseph shot more than once. Officials moved Samuel quickly to Kings County Hospital and he was pronounced dead there.

The NYPD has posted a video of the two possible suspects on Twitter urging the public to report if they see or know any of these two individuals. The two individuals are seen in a nearby camera where the murder took place; they were described as both black males, ages 18 to 25-year-old, one wearing red Adidas sweatpants with white stripes.

Later on March 5th, 2019, Amilcar Martial, one of the suspects, was arrested and charged with the Criminal Possession of Weapon’s 2nd and second-degree murder. The investigation is ongoing and information on the second suspects is still unknown.
